A hot-headed city correction officer shot out the tire of another man’s car after a crash outside his Bronx home Thursday, police sources said.
Steve Thomas, 53, was off-duty when he and the 50-year-old victim got into a wreck, then an argument, on Colden Ave. near Burke Ave. in Williamsbridge at 4:50 p.m., cops said.
The gunplay unfolded a few houses away from where Thomas’ home, sources said.
Cops arrested Thomas for criminal use of a firearm, weapons possession, reckless endangerment and criminal mischief.
