International community saying genocide of Rakhine violence: Foreign Minister The international community, in Myanmar's Rakhine state, is mass killing a large number of people. Diplomats from different countries gave a similar opinion at a briefing with Foreign Minister Abul Hasan Mahmud Ali on Sunday afternoon. After the briefing, the Foreign Minister told reporters this information. Foreign Minister briefly briefed the two groups.
