Passengers on a Princess Cruises ship sailing from Australia became "violently ill" from norovirus outbreaks on eight consecutive trips, lawyers charge. "On one of the lunchtimes, an elderly passenger vomited with people all around him." Shine Lawyers say they are preparing a "large scale action" against Carnival Australia, which owns and operates Princess Cruises. The firm alleges that Princess Cruises and Carnival Australia did not "adequately disinfect and quarantine" the Sun Princess following the outbreaks.
