The delegation led by United States Population, Refugees and Acting Assistant Minister Simon Hensho is currently in Myanmar.
The delegation will visit Myanmar and Bangladesh from October 29 to November 4.

US Secretary of State Rex Tyleron called on the army chief of Myanmar to stop the violence in Rakhine as well as fled the country after talking about safe return of Rohingya who took shelter in Bangladesh, the delegation sent the delegation to the United States.
The delegation will discuss issues related to humanitarian crisis and human rights in Rakhine violence and to increase humanitarian assistance to displaced persons in Myanmar, Bangladesh and the region.
Meanwhile, Humanitarian Affairs Commissioner of the European Union, Christes Stylianis, is coming to Dhaka on a three-day visit to see the situation in Rohingya situation. Apart from this, it is expected that pressure from Myanmar to Pope Francis's upcoming Myanmar and Bangladesh tour and to resolve the Rohingya crisis through the forthcoming Asia-Europe meeting (Asim) in Myanmar is likely to cause pressure on Myanmar.
Since the start of Myanmar's army campaign in Rakhine on August 25, more than six lakh Rohingyas have fled to Bangladesh so far. They have told arbitrary killings, rape, looting and arson in Rohingya villages.
The ruthlessness of Rohingyas has been identified by the United Nations as 'Ethnic Abolition Campaign'.
